In the realm of Quality Assurance (QA) engineering, Cher championed Test Automation, implementing and expanding the SQL Server QA framework to proactively notify daily data governance and analytics delivery issues. Her proficiency extends to technical writing, where she developed extensive documentation for functional and technical requirements, dependency matrixes, task functionality, and user manuals, totaling thousands of pages.
